Mr. Vineet Shah is a visionary with over 15 years of expertise in finance, management, and sales and marketing. Throughout his successful 20-year career, he has invested in the diverse projects, and the development of tech-based infrastructure services.

Mr. Shah has a rich and varied background in sales and marketing, having successfully managed projects in the past. His strategic investments and extensive experience have enabled him to transform the company successfully.

Also, he worked as Product Head in Good value Software and Systems Ltd, Mumbai for a period of 6 years. During the tenure, he was the main pillar of the company for bagging the Best Product award for Incredible India CD ROM from Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.

He led the PAN India sales team, during his tenure. During the period he gained the knowledge of IT, he was the key policymaker of the company and help the company in the innovation of new technologies.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, Mr. Vineet Shah's seasoned judgment allows the company to make informed decisions, mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities.

Under Tarun's leadership, Melstarr aims to establish a comprehensive presence in the aviation sector. Key initiatives include:

Setting up a state-of-the-art Simulator Center to provide advanced training capabilities.
Launching a Flight Training Academy (FTO) to develop the next generation of skilled pilots.

Mr. Rajnikant Patel, INDEPENDENT NON – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Financial Services professional with morethan 3 decades of experience inCommercial Banking, Banking Regulation, Capital Markets, Commodity Markets , RegTech and Management Consultancy. Using technology for regulatory functions, innovative solutions for changemanagement and mentoring are hispreferred areas of expertise. CorporateGovernance, Board Ethics and Boardperformance with reference to the role of Independent Directors is an area he isinvolved with intensely. He has worked with ICAI to introduceXBRL standards in India.

He teaches Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Corporate Effectiveness of independent Directors at the MasterClass for Independent Directors at Institute of Directors. He was the Managing Director & CEO of India’s 4th Commodity futures exchange Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX) in a highly competitive market. He introduced world’s First Iron Ore Futures contract in India. He launched India’s First commodity market module in MBA degree program with Dalmia Institute of Management. Prior to this he was the the MD & CEO of Asia’s oldest stock exchange Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE) for 8 years. He responsible for converting BSE into a Limited Company under the Govt. of India Corporatization & Demutualisation Scheme making BSE the First Exchange in India working closely with Ministry of Finance & SEBI.

He corporatised BSE at a valuation of nearly Billion USD and brought on Boardstrategic stakeholders like Singapore StockExchange & Deustche Borse, DIFC etc. Got ISO certification making BSE the FirstAsian Exchange and only the SecondExchange in the World. BSE won Goldmedal for best annual reports in financial sector for 2 consecutive years fromInstitute of Chartered Accountants of India ICAI.

Launched India’s First full time MBAprogram with specialisation in Capital Markets with Narsi Monji Institute of Management Studies. He introducedCommodity Markets module in PGDBMprogram with P D Dalmia Institute of Management He has worked for morethan a decade with Reserve Bank of Indiain various areas of banking supervisionand technology. He has worked withmultinational bank like BNP Paribas, StateBank Group and a nationalised bank.

Mr. Johnson Selvaraj is a seasoned IT Business Leader and Services Delivery expert with over 34 years of professional experience, including 28 years in the IT Infrastructure Services industry. His career is marked by a strong blend of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial success, having held top management roles in globally recognized organizations as well as building his own ventures from the ground up.

Since 2012, he has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of NEXTEXPERT TECHNOLOGIES, where he leads business growth, project execution, and service delivery in IT Infrastructure and Consulting. Prior to this, he was the CEO of NetExpert Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he spearheaded operations, systems integration, and competency development.

His corporate experience includes significant leadership roles at IBM India Pvt Ltd, where he managed complex infrastructure engagements across India and led large teams of over 200 engineers and project managers. His earlier roles at HCL Comnet Ltd and PAM Network Ltd further solidified his credentials in regional business leadership, project delivery, and customer relationship management.

He was appointed as an Additional Independent Director at Samsrita Labs Ltd in May 2025, where he contributes strategic oversight with a particular focus on ESG and CSR initiatives. Academically, he holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Madras, a Post Graduate Diploma in IT Management (E-Commerce) from the All India Management Association, and is a Certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).

Ms. Bhawna Rajawat is a committed and insightful Company Secretary and compliance professional with a robust foundation in corporate law, governance, and regulatory frameworks. She is responsible for overseeing the company's legal, secretarial, and compliance functions.

Her role includes ensuring timely compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory mandates, conducting and documenting Board and General Meetings, handling statutory filings with MCA/ROC, and advising the Board on governance best practices.

Ms. Rajawat is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and brings to the table a well-rounded blend of academic excellence and practical expertise in corporate compliance and legal advisory. She has previously interned with Premium Capital Investment Pvt. Ltd., Indore, where she gained hands-on experience in compliance monitoring, regulatory filings, drafting legal documents, and working with NBFC-related regulatory processes.

She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com and M.Com), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Kota University, and has successfully qualified the UGC NET in Commerce in 2023. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce from the University of Kota, reinforcing her commitment to academic growth and research in the domain.
